All The Single Ladies...

I love Valentines Day, I really do. All of the hearts and love and pink and red...it's just a cute holiday! How could you not like it?
I am not one of those crazy BYU girls who laments her life just because she doesn't have a boyfriend, and just knows that she will DIE if she ends up an old maid (aka still single at age 27). No, I am single, I am young (hello, I'm only 20), and I have plans! I am a self sufficient woman and I am happy! But...I certainly wouldn't say no to a Valentine, I'll be honest. After watching other girls get bouquets of beautiful red roses and living with two of the most sickeningly adorable engaged roommates ever, my roommate Cassidy and I decided that as the single ladies of our apartment we were going to have the best Valentines Day ever.
We are going to make Cake Pops and deliver them to our friends. Our single, female, friends. We single ladies have got to stick together!  Plus, giving them all away means that we can have the fun of making them without the guilt of eating half the batch ourselves, gaining 50 pounds, and ruining any chances we may have already had of getting a hot date :)
